TASK: Final Review Session Handouts
For each project the handout should include:
Representative image of the Project; Project Name; 100-150 words of Project Description; Student Names, Program that they Attend and GSD Emails, Allocation Presentation Time Slot
NOTES:
1. The Handout should be visually compatible with the design project and case study submission templates to be integrated within the same collection
2. The projects have to be devided to thematic groups for the purpose of scheduling the presentations and a 100-150 word description should be provided for each group
3. The Information should be collected via email ASAP
4. The should be one version prepared to go to the collection without the time slots and voting area, and one with time slots and voting areas for the reviewers to take note of presentation timing and submit their votes

TASK: Bio List
The Bio List should include:
Studentor instructors Picture in Black and White, Student Name, Student Program, Student GSD Email and a 100-150 word short bio.
NOTES:
1. The Bio should be visually compatible with the design project and case study submission templates to be integrated within the same collection
2. The Bio should be organized as Course Instructure following by Graduate Investigators, in alphabetical order
3. The information should be collected via email ASAP
4. The Bio section should start with an introduction of the course including the representative image of the course, a brief description of the course and the course semester and course number, etc.

TASK: Design Project PDF Submission and Patent Submission
For each project the collection should include:
The first page which is a representative image covering the whole page with the name of the project overlaid, the project pdf submission in the proper template and the patent in the proper template.
NOTES:
1. The collection of all 13 projects then needs to be compiled as one single pdf file.
2. The collection should have chapters and relevent projects should be grouped under chapters. The chapters should be communicated by the Urban Analytics Group who is responsible for presentation schedule and categorization of projects.
3. Within the template, the subchapters should be all double checked in terms of coherence
4. A chapter devider consisting of the name of the thematic category should devide chapters from eachother
5. The information should be collected via email by the group and submitted no later than Wednesday November 30th
6. The collection needs cover design

TASK: Presentation Material Collected and Aggregated as One Powerpoint + A Folder Containing All Video Proof of Concepts
All compiled presentations should be submitted as one powerpoint and all videos in one folder.

NOTES:
1. The Powerpoint and the videos should be checked before hand.
2. Each project should be devided from the next project with a unified slide containing the name of the project, the name of the students, the program of the students and their emails.
3. The videos should also be checked in terms of both audio and visual characteristics in Room 510. If it is needed, an external speaker should be rented by the group and installed
4. The collection should have chapters and relevent projects should be grouped under chapters. The chapters should be communicated by the Urban Analytics Group who is responsible for presentation schedule and categorization of projects.
